Return & Exchange Policy

We guarantee our products are free from defect.  Should an item be found to have a defect on receipt, we will accept that item for exchange or credit, including the amount of the return first class postage.  Returns for any other reason will not be accepted. Returns must be made within five business days of receipt, in their original packaging and original condition. Kindly notify us in advance of making a return and include your order number on the correspondence.  Please note: there are no returns or exchanges on beaded items (necklaces or bracelets) or items which have been worn. We are not equipped to make repairs.
