Shipping and Returns
Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, insured for the full amount of the invoice and with signature required for shipments over $500.
Please be sure your shipping address is entered correctly. We are not responsible for incorrect addresses, lost or stolen packages.
We are not shipping internationally at this time.
We guarantee our products are free from defect. Should an item be found to have a defect on receipt, we will accept that item for exchange or credit, including the amount of the return first class postage.
Returns for any other reason will not be accepted at this time.
Requests for returns must be made within two business days of receipt. In order for your return to be accepted, you must contact us to in advance to get an return authorization (RA) code. Include your order number on the correspondence and your RA code with your package. No item will be accepted for return unless is it in it's original packaging, original condition and has not been worn. If your return does not meet these criteria, the item(s) will be returned to you.
Please note: there are no returns or exchanges on beaded items (necklaces or bracelets) or items which have been worn. We are not equipped to make repairs.
